Olivia Sparg, MA, BCBA, L-BA

​Olivia is dedicated to providing a positive client and family-centered approach to Applied Behavior Analysis services. Olivia has worked with children and adults with disabilities for over 20 years. After obtaining her BA from Georgetown University and her MA from Columbia University Teachers College, she worked as a special education teacher in an elementary program for students with autism. Olivia then went on to become a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst, working in ABA programs in the school and home settings. Olivia is passionate about ensuring that all goals directly improve the quality of life and the independence of the client and their family in the home, community, school and work environments. She particularly strives to help her clients increase their social and communication skills to ensure they are able to connect with peers and to access any and all opportunities that they choose to pursue.
